GP: Johnny's character, Mort, is having trouble coping with life since the breakup of his marriage. Johnny used his wardrobe to express that. (To Johnny) You have this ratty old robe, and why do I know you picked it?





Johnny: Well, you caught me.



Johnny: I mean, I think for Mort, for the character of Mort, it would have been kind of a security blanket, but in a way it sort of represents him, you know, torn, falling apart, faded, probably didn't smell too good (laughs), old, wrong.
